Copperplate Gothic Bold

Mortgage, Banks, Sub-Prime Mortgages and Copperplate Gothic Bold!!!

CGB does a courtesy redesign of the Bank of America Logo and fixes all of the Loan woes of the world with one font.

CGB does a courtesy redesign of the Bank of America Logo and fixes all of the Loan woes of the world with one font.

We are suggesting a new logo for the mortgage, loan, and free checking company Bank of America.

We feel their current logo doesn’t quite show that they can give you the best rate for a mortgage, it shows you that they don’t care about you, they live in a stone castle overseas and that they couldn’t take the time to find a real American flag so basterdized a version of it.

If you find a house that you like, and you sign the dotted line for a mortgage, the rate at which you get the mortgage is important because a 1/4 of a percent can mean the difference of tens of thousands of dollars. So Bank of America, consider this our gift to you, in the hopes that you can beat this sub-prime mortgage meltdown mess and consider our logo which instills integrity, good will, and trust so that you and your customers can believe in your company. Copperplate Gothic Bold once again destroys anything that some sans-serif’d geeky looking designer in their parents back bedroom could ever conjour up.

Copperplate Gothic Bold, the font so good, you can bank on it!!!

Um…wow. Words fail me. I thought this site was a joke at first. If it’s true that only “Real Designers” use Copperplate then I am more than happy to relinquish any claim to being a real designer.

I think you need to get out more, meet new fonts. Mrs Eaves, Bodoni, Trade Gothic, Meta, Futura, Interstate…

Thank you Lindsay for your kind words and support!

We will file away your “real designer” card with the many who have relinquished their cards already. If you ever want to reconsider, drop on by and we can give it back to you. Your post has inspired us to create a true designer card. We will post that one shortly.

Those are all wonderful fonts (we don’t offer praise to inferior fonts often) in a pinch they might suffice for a small print project or when you are playing around on your computer at home to reaffirm that CGB is the greatest font in the world. When it comes to the heavy lifting, everyone knows that Copperplate is the only font suitable.
